This notice explains what we collect when you join the Tanawa waitlist on tanawa.com.ph and how we handle it, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
Who we are

What we collect
Your email address, the date you signed up, and which sign-up form you used. We don't ask for anything else on this site.
Why we use it
- To tell you when early access opens and send occasional launch news.
- To invite waitlist members to test Tanawa before launch.
We never sell your email or share it for advertising.
Who processes it
Sign-ups are stored by our form provider, [FORM PROVIDER, e.g. Formspree], which may store data outside the Philippines. We use it only to keep the waitlist.
How long we keep it
Until Tanawa launches and for up to 12 months after, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe at any time, by emailing hello@tanawa.com.ph. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
This notice covers the waitlist only. The Tanawa app will have its own full privacy policy before launch.
